- Professional Ethics
As part of its corporate responsibility towards the Customer, LadyRedot.com adopts fair and ethical business practices as well as accurate marketing communications at all times.
- Reservation, Deposit and Payment
Any payment is pertaining to purchasing the packages must be made in full before any work is started.
- Cancellation by the Customer – Payment and Cancellation Fee
The Customer is allowed to cancel the package in writing within 24 hours of purchase. However, 50% cancellation fee will apply if any cancellation takes place after 24 hours and before submission. After submission, there will not be any cancellation allowed.
Upon LadyRedot.com receiving the written notice of cancellation and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stipulated, the Customer shall receive the refund. LadyRedot.com shall also not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the Customer arising from the cancellation. Save as stated herein, LadyRedot.com shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages or costs sustained by the Customer.
- Cancellation by LadyRedot.com
Please note that the LadyRedot.com is acting as an agent for services rendered. Even after the full payment has been made, all service arrangements are still subject to final confirmation. LadyRedot.com may choose to recommend alternatives if available. The Customer shall receive the refund within 4 to 6 weeks upon LadyRedot.com notifying the Customer of the package cancellation. LadyRedot.com reserve the right to cancel any package to any Customer and their requests that deem unreasonable in our opinion. LadyRedot.com reserves the right to cancel the package with written notice of 24 hours, in the case of emergency. LadyRedot.com reserves the right to turn away any Customer.
- Refund Policy on Unused Portion of the Package
No refund will be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, places of interest suggestions or any other services suggested or included in the package fare but not utilized by the Customer, either in part or full.
- Refund Policy – Payment Mode
For Paypal payment, refund will be made through Paypal and processed within 2 to 4 weeks from date of written cancellation. For credit card payment, refund will be made through the credit card company and processed within 4 to 6 weeks. During peak periods, the refund process may be longer due to the increase in transactions.
- Amendment to Initial Review
Amendment refers to any change to the original itinerary or the original visitation location such as but not limit to country, place, area. As such, subjected to an amendment fee of 30% of the package chosen. Amendment fee will apply if any amendment takes place after 24 hours of and before submission.
- Extension of Stay / Deviation from Tour Itinerary
The Customer may choose extension / deviation of stay from the Itinerary given. Please note that extension / deviation of stay will be at the Customer’s own expense. Any alteration of the routing or the date by the Customer is solely at the Customer’s own risk. LadyRedot.com and its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expense incurred. No refund will be made for any unused part of itinerary, in part or in full.
- Travel Documents, Travel Insurance and Travel Vouchers
Passport and Other Travel Documents
It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that he / she has a valid passport with minimum 6 months’ validity from date of the last departure point as well as the necessary visas, vaccinations, health certificates and all necessary travel documents as required by the various government authorities of the country(ies) to be visited (e.g. exit permit, work permit, social visitor pass etc.).
Different embassies / consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa applications. LadyRedot.com may choose to renders assistance in visa application wherever possible. LadyRedot.com cannot, however, guarantee the approval of such visa application. This service is subject to (auxiliary) charges. Please check with the Company on the amount. LadyRedot.com will not be responsible for any expense, reimbursement or refund of the package if the Customer is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities on the tour for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, custom regulations, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm / damage to person or property.
Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended with respect to unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury or illness. Under no circumstances shall the LadyRedot.com be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the Customer or his / her baggage / belongings. LadyRedot.com will be pleased to assist in the enquiries of any travel insurance and related matters.
LadyRedot.com may issue vouchers from time to time as part of its promotional activities. The terms and conditions for the redemption of vouchers are clearly spelt out in the appropriate documents and shall be binding on the Customer.
- General Matters Relating to Itinerary
LadyRedot.com will only accept booking one month in advance from the departure date of Customer. Any date less than one month will be accepted at the sole discretion of LadyRedot.com.
LadyRedot.com will deliver its itinerary in electronic soft copy via the Customer’s email at least one week before the Customer’s departure date.
LadyRedot.com may recommend accommodation deem suitable for the Customer’s needs but LadyRedot.com is not held responsible for any accommodation that do not match Customer’s expectation. Accommodation recommendation are meant to be an add-on suggestion to the itinerary. Under no circumstances shall the LadyRedot.com be construed as a vendor (unless otherwise stated) under contract for the safety and well-being of the Customer. LadyRedot.com shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages or costs sustained by the Customer.
LadyRedot.com may recommend restaurants / food caterers deem suitable for the Customer’s needs but LadyRedot.com is not held responsible for any restaurants / food caterers that do not match Customer’s expectation. Restaurants / food caterers recommendation are meant to be an add-on suggestion to the itinerary. Under no circumstances shall the LadyRedot.com be construed as a vendor (unless otherwise stated) under contract for the safety and well-being of the Customer. LadyRedot.com shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages or costs sustained by the Customer.
LadyRedot.com may get weather forecast from different sources, not necessary from the origin country and will not held responsible for any wrong forecast resulting in changing of plans, any claims, losses, damages or costs sustained by the Customer.
Fare Quoted in the Itinerary
LadyRedot.com quoted fare based on its best knowledge as displayed in vendor’s website and will not be liable for any changes in the fare. LadyRedot.com shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages or costs sustained by the Customer.
LadyRedot.com recommend attractions based on its best knowledge as displayed in vendor’s website based during the period of research and will not be liable for any changes or any unforeseen circumstances that lead to the closure of the attractions.
If there is any special request regarding special meals, dietary requirements or must do activities or attractions, please include in the LadyRedot.com questionnaire upon booking. Such requests are subject to availability and confirmation but LadyRedot.com will try its best to fulfill your requests. LadyRedot.com reserves the right to down any requests deem unreasonable by us.
- Pricing Policies
All information and prices shown are accurate at time of submission to the Customer.
Airfare, accommodation, airport transfers (if any) and meals (if any), as specified in the tour brochure / itinerary / booking form.
Tour fare excludes
Airport taxes, airport security taxes, airline insurance surcharges, fuel taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, customs user fees and service fees as specified by the airline and airport authorities; laundry, excess baggage charges, beverages, room services, gratuities to drivers and tour leaders / local guides and tips to hotel porters; and personal expenses.
Pricing Policy Relating to Promotions
LadyRedot.com accords discounts and other form of promotional pricing. Its policy is to display all service charges including such discounts or promotions.
LadyRedot.com is committed to the avoidance of over or undercharging. To ensure accuracy of charging, its policy is to list clearly all prices including GST in sales invoices and communications materials. LadyRedot.com will also clearly indicate any additional charges for extra services that may be incurred by the Customer.
LadyRedot.com shall issue a detailed receipt for each and every payment made.
- Feedback Mechanism
LadyRedot.com welcomes feedback from the Customer anytime. Should the Customer have any issue of concern, please contact LadyRedot.com immediately. Its feedback channels include:

The Company will investigate and act to resolve areas of concerns. The interim response is within 1 working week. Depending on the complexity of the case, the time taken to resolve a complaint is within 60 working days.
- Marketing Communications
In respect of marketing communications, LadyRedot.com ensures that its brochures contain sufficient and accurate information on prices (which can be found on LadyRedot.com), quality, availability and terms of sales.
LadyRedot.com will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information on the Customer. LadyRedot.com will limit collection and use of the Customer’s personal particulars / information to the minimum and for the sole purpose of completing the transaction as well as facilitating the smooth delivery of services. Every effort shall be made to ensure that the integrity of the Customer’s personal particulars and confidential information entrusted to LadyRedot.com are not compromised unless required to by law. LadyRedot.com also undertakes not to divulge the Customer’s personal information to any unauthorized third party without prior written consent.
LadyRedot.com reserves the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of the Terms and Conditions, or policies contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice.
Any feedback with regard to the itinerary must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return from the tour, failing which LadyRedot.com shall accept no responsibility.
